David had a smile for everyone, and even in the last tortuous weeks when most people would have folded, he kept a smile for all who saw him.
Laid to rest
Davids ashes were laid to rest at 7:05 am on 7th Febuary 2010 in Hebden Water to the rear of his boyhood home at Lower Mill, Midgehole, West Yorkshire. David will be much missed but never forgotten by all who knew him.
